I want you to be happy with your order.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I'll do my best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.

Where appropriate, I may offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

Because each order is made to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please double-check product details before placing your order.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Custom, personalised, or commissioned items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
