Processing Times

All orders are made, packed, and shipped by me from the UK.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. I always aim to send orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected and your location.

International Shipping

I happily ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination and local postal services. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
